Sensor Options for AASDS & AACDS
HGV and LCV installations vary widely, so we provide four ultrasonic sensors for our Side Detection (AASDS) and Corner Detection (AACDS) systems. The latest Rubber Adjustable sensor can be mounted at any angle and tuned to the correct orientation. Its rubber isolation reduces vibration, cutting down false triggers in challenging fitment locations.

Rubber Straight 22mm Sensor
Straight-through rubber body. Vibration-damped fitment for exposed positions.
Rubber Angled 22mm Sensor
Angled face to bias detection field. Ideal where perpendicular mounting isn’t possible.
Plastic Under-Mount 22mm Sensor
Low-profile plastic under-mount for discreet, protected placements.
Rubber Under-Mount Adjustable 22mm Sensor
Adjustable orientation with rubber isolation to reduce vibration and false triggers.
Stainless Steel Black Powder-Coated Bracket
Works with Rubber Straight and Rubber Angled sensors. Adds angle/mounting flexibility.
Fitment guidance
- Use the adjustable rubber under-mount when sensor angle needs tuning post-install.
- Rubber-bodied sensors help isolate vibration on rigid bodywork and brackets.
- For exposed locations, consider bracket + angled sensor to direct the detection field.
